DNV-Certified Displays Designed for Maritime Environments

Maritime environments place unique demands on electronic equipment. Displays must withstand continuous vibrations, high humidity, temperature fluctuations, salt-laden air, and electrical interference within power and communication systems. These DNV Type Approved displays are specifically designed to perform reliably under these conditions. All displays are equipped with a conformally coated PCB, while grounding, shielding, and insulation are carefully engineered to ensure stable EMC and EMI performance. They are resistant to shock and vibration, and offer versatile mounting options for shipboard and offshore installations. In addition, each model features adjustable brightness which can be controlled via control buttons, a remote control, or a potentiometer. DNV Type Approval was obtained based on testing of the display in a specific configuration using the PSU1-MAR-US or PSU1-LOCK-MAR-US power supply, as applicable.
