Touch is Not Recognized

Most operating systems work plug and play in combination with our touchscreen monitors. There is no need to install a driver or perform a calibration as long as the monitor is running in its native resolution.

If your touchscreen does not function or function correctly after installation, please follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure you are using the USB touch input and not the USB media input.
  2. Check if the operating system of the PC is supported. You will find a list of Supported Operating Systems in this section.
  3. If you are using an adapter, converter or extension cable. Then connect the touchscreen using the supplied USB cable to see if this fixes the problem.
  4. Check if the touchscreen is connected to a USB 2.0 port on your computer. If a USB 3.0 port is used, the touchscreen may not be recognized.
