We will troubleshoot the problem with you first and can often resolve the problem remotely. Provided the item is defective you can send us your product using the repairs form.
To speed up the process, please have your invoice number on hand before calling.
We try to repair your product within 2 weeks. When your product has been repaired, you will receive an email, and your product is sent to you.
