Monitor Support

No Signal Message

Each Beetronics monitor has different video connections and inputs (HDMI, VGA, RCA or BNC). Please ensure you have the correct input selected on the monitor for the connection you are using. This can be done with the control buttons on the back of the monitor or with the supplied remote control. By default, the screen is set to the HDMI input.

  1. To change the input on the remote, click on Input and cycle up or down to select the desired input.
  2. Click OK on the remote to confirm your selection.

If the resolution and signal of the source are supported, you should see a clear and full screen image on your monitor.

If the problem persists after following the steps above, the resolution and frequency of the video source may not be supported. Check that the video source setting matches the supported resolutions and frequencies of your monitor.
