I like that CAD files are available for Beetronics displays, so I can easily integrate them into a design. I have only used a few, but so far, the quality is great. These are indeed expensive, but I hope that I am getting a robust and highly reliable product - esp. as these may be installed inside one of our systems!
The solution for unconventional needs. I need two monitors, one to display a 720x480 60i video out and the other is a "normal" 1920x1080, but the size limit is 17". Even an NEC Multisync couldn't handle the 720x480 and the mass market isn't interested in monitors as small as 17". Beetronics solved both problems. Also, the monitors are in a hospital operating room. The metal housings should help them survive longer than than the standard plastic. Pre-purchase support was excellent. A real live person answered my calls and I received prompt answers to my emails.
The product: An industrial monitor. Made very well, in a very compact design, with lots of connections and mounting options. We were able to replace a very expensive (legacy / custom built) 12" marine monitor for a large vessel with a 17" Beetronics TOUCHSCREEN in the same footprint for 1/4 the cost! (The client is extremely happy.)
Nicely designed website and order process with great product specs and info. Which made selecting the right product very easy. Good communication throughout, with updates and tracking info easily found. Shipping was very quick and on-time. Good return policy and warranty options. We will definitely order again!

Service cannot be touched!
Customer service was top notch. all associates I worked with were super helpful and clear. The panel arrived in pristine condition and worked flawlessly right out of the box.

Great monitor
When I received my packages, I noticed right off the bat how well the monitor was packaged because it is a fairly heavy monitor.
It is very well constructed and I’m sure we will get good use out of it once I receive my new CNC machine in. I ordered the tabletop stand for mine. Everything lined up with precision. The only issue I had with the monitor Was getting the screws started that mounted the Monitor to the base, it appeared to have some paint on the leading threads. Once I got that cleared up, they screwed in with no Issues.

bad mistake
had a really tight development deadline to meet, so engaged with this lot - what a bad mistake. useless company, raised a purchase order and paid for goods and 5 days later the clowns have not even started the shipping process.
